Their membership and experience is truly international, with four born in Germany, and one in Switzerland. "Baking With Beer"
    

Join Chef Todd Mohr from Savor Hospitality and learn how to make flavorful sauces by deglazing hot sauté pans with beer. You’ll learn the three necessary steps in a basic sauté cooking method, see how to tell when to turn an item over in the pan, and how to tell when it’s completely cooked. Finally, you’ll learn how to raise those brown bits on the bottom of the pan, the pan “fond”, to make a flavorful sauce with beer for the item just cooked. Menu: Buffalo chicken breast sauté with bleu cheese and beer beurre blanc.
